Because the B&W Biker Bar # BWMC2301 is height adjustable, it provides you with the ability to move the bar up or down in 1/4" increments. It looks like the lowest setting is 3-3/4" and the highest setting is 6-1/2" inches-so if your bike has 5" of clearance you should be able to adjust the biker bar to fit.
